SERVICES In line with our mission, a dedicated mix of skilled professionals and volunteers, most of whom are from within the Parkhill community, staff African Refuge. African Refuge has been at the center of organizing various community and cultural events fostering awareness about diversity and the needs of youth and family. The program currently provides a range of services to youth and families such as; access to vital information on entitlement programs, after-school tutoring, computer education and use of computers for internet research, help with college applications and school projects, mentoring, arts and recreation, resume writing, job search, immigration assistance, advocacy and community organizing.
